Moving a family across the country is no small feat but this family was up to the challenge and now they’re ready to make their new home their DREAM home! While their new home has excellent bones, it’s existing layout creates awkward bottlenecks in high-traffic areas and its finishes are too formal to fit this family’s relaxed vibe and lifestyle. Redesign plans include creating a more functional, open-concept kitchen with a large island big enough for the entire family which connects to the new Great Room, bringing more natural light into the space with large transom windows above the new Dining Area, transforming the old formal dining room into a large private, professional office space, and delivering an overall design theme that feels luxurious, warm and welcoming!
