TAKE ME TO THE BEACH CLIENT

BEFORE:

• The Master Ensuite was spacious but the shower and toilet area were closed off behind a separate door so felt dark compared to the bright main bathroom area with the large skylight overhead.
• The oversized built-in spa tub was awkward to enter and exit from due to the extra-wide raised tile surround so was hardly ever used.
• The overall space needed updating in general to make it into a true master retreat.

IN PROGRESS:

• New coastal-theme redesign plan opened up the space so all areas of the room benefited from the ample natural light from the skylight.
• A new glass and glass tile shower area with a bench and built-in wall niche replaces the old dark fiberglass shower area.
• A new freestanding spa tub is being installed as well as a new double vanity with marble countertops and updated fixtures.
• Wide plank LVT flooring will be installed to give the space an updated, natural finish while being waterproof and low maintenance.
