BEFORE:

• 70’s Side-split was desperately in need of updating from top-to-bottom after the new homeowner made a swift purchase to move closer to family.
• Previous owners were heavy smokers so extra special attention was needed to remove the residual embedded smoke smell and nicotine staining on all surfaces.

AFTER:

• All existing carpeting, fixtures, cabinets, and linoleum flooring were removed and numerous applications of a specialized shellac paint was used on all surfaces.
• Removing the wall between the Kitchen and Dining Room allowed for increased natural light to flow into the kitchen and installation of an island with storage and seating.
• New LVT plank flooring was installed throughout the home on all levels.
• New Kitchen appliances and new cabinets were installed.
• All bedrooms were updated including installation of ceiling fans.
• Both 3-piece bathrooms were completely updated incl. new vanities, porcelain tiles and fixtures.
• Lower Level Rec Room also updated and a new modern sliding barn door was installed to separate the space from the Laundry and storage areas.
