BEFORE:

  • 70’s decor and partitioned rooms made this 5-bedroom ranch home feel outdated and unappealing to today’s homebuyers.
  • Unfinished renovation projects reduced interest in the property as those projects equaled work and expense to potential buyers.

AFTER:

  • Whole-house remodel project included opening the wall between the existing Family Room and Kitchen.
  • Installing a new Kitchen and layout including a large island with seating overlooking the Family Rm.
  • Updating the existing main floor bathroom and completing the lower level bathroom project the homeowner had planned.
  • Refinishing all floors throughout the home including removing old carpeting, sanding and re-staining hardwoods and installation of LVT in numerous areas as well as installing new bathroom porcelain tile flooring.
