Who Will Do the Construction for Us?

The No Place Like Home Designs team has built trusted relationships with a wide variety of general contractors, architects and trades teams throughout the Greater Chicago Area which we are happy to introduce to our clients should they be looking for assistance in finding the right team to involve and complete their remodel projects. If you’ve already developed a solid relationship with a contractor you’d like to have lead your construction project, our team is happy to engage with and work with them as well.

How Long Will It Take To Complete My Project?

Having a clear timeframe is critical to the success of any project and timeline planning upfront is always time will spent. Having a clear understanding of the scope of the project is also key as changes to an initial plan, especially when they involve structural changes to the property, can significantly delay schedules, permit application and approvals, as well as labor and material supply lead times. By working together with our design team to develop a sound design theme, project timeline, and desired finishings selections upfront can help to source materials well in advance of actual installation to ensure backordered products won’t negatively impact or compromise the project down the road during build and installation.
