BEFORE:

• A recent cross-country relocate had the new homeowners needing to update the home to make it their own to truly work for their family and lifestyle.

IN PROGRESS:

• Multi-Room Project to be completed in phases.
• Existing formal Dining Room space is being converted into a private Home Office.
• New open-concept Great Room with a newly designed Chef’s Kitchen.
• New dining area will relocate to the presently under-utilized space overlooking the backyard.
• Sunken Living Room floor will be leveled to align with foyer and both areas updated.
• The Lower Level will be updated with a more open stairwell and additional storage cabinets installed.
